Named as one of RnR’s ones to watch powerhouse Jenny encompasses a unique combination of indie folk, rock and pop.
Winner of the 2021/2022 FATEA “Female Artist Of The Year” award and the 2020/2021 GSMC “Best Female Solo Singer/Songwriter” Jenny’s voice uniquely combines the melodic undertones of artists such as Eva Cassidy and the rawness of Alanis Morissette. She writes with soul, lyrical vulnerability and style to accompany her musicality through keys and guitar.
Her debut album, “Something Beautiful”, was released in 2021. It gained her credibility among peers and was listed as “…one of the years most enjoyable albums” by Three Chords and The Truth UK and earned her appearances at notable festivals including Glastonbury, Cornbury, Cambridge and Beardy Folk.
Her 2024, critically acclaimed, second album, Staring At The Moon, was described as “…as good as an album gets.” by Lazland and “…an epic and powerhouse delivery.” by Louder Than War.
Without a doubt Jenny is one of the most talented artists to emerge in recent years. Her voice, playing and mesmerising, impactful lyrics make her live shows profoundly moving and an exceptional experience. Highly recommended.
