Park as close to the café as you can along Waverly rd. We will be starting at Madeline @ Jells cafe.You may also be able to run some kms while you wait for everyone to arrive.
We will aim to join the Jells park run for part of our long run. Then cool down before coffee.
After the run, Dion will be presenting a seminar at Madeline's @ Jells which you are all welcome to join.
