Jefferson Avenue Presbyterian Church in Detroit hosts its annual Scottish Sunday and "Kirkin' o’ the Tartans" service in partnership with the St. Andrew's Society of Detroit.
Join us for this cherished St. Andrew’s tradition, featuring the presentation of tartans by attendees alongside the St. Andrew’s Society Pipe Band and Royal Scottish Honour Guard.
A lively ceilidh follows downstairs, with Highland dancers, bagpipers, refreshments, and Scottish treats!
Would you like to present your tartan? Contact Randall Cain at 313-884-8881. Presenters should arrive by 9:00 a.m. with a tartan swatch. Highland dress is encouraged but not required.
