The Jeffco Backyard BBQ Competition is a fundraising event supporting the Farm Bureau Collegiate Young Farmers & Ranchers, Denver Ag & Livestock Club and Jeffco 4-H.
BBQ competition categories include 1) Ribs (provided by the contest), 2) Cook's Choice (Protein or a side, prepped and cooked on-site) and 3) People's Choice (2 oz sample).
