Jefas en el Jardín is a unique summer experience designed to nurture the wellbeing, growth, and leadership of women in our community.
Surrounded by the beauty and tranquility of a garden vibe, participants will be invited to slow down, reconnect with themselves, and engage in meaningful reflection through guided activities, journaling, and conversation. This gathering creates space to honor personal journeys, celebrate resilience, and cultivate the mindset needed to thrive both personally and professionally.
Whether you are an emerging leader, a seasoned professional, an ELLA alumna, or a community ally, Jefas en el Jardín offers an opportunity to build authentic connections with other women while embracing the restorative power of nature.
