A: The admit card is usually released two weeks before the exam date. Candidates can download it from the official JEE Advanced website using their registration credentials.
Q : What should I carry to the exam center on the day of the exam?
A: You should carry:
1.A printed copy of the JEE Advanced admit card
2.A valid photo ID (Aadhaar card, PAN card, school ID, etc.)
3. Pens, pencils, and other allowed stationery item, although it will be provided at centre.
4.A clear clipboard (if needed)
Q: When will the results of JEE Advanced be declared?
A: The results are typically declared within a month after the exam. The exact date will be announced on the official JEE Advanced website.
Q : How is the counselling process conducted?
A: The counselling process for IIT admissions is conducted through the Joint Seat Allocation Authority (JoSAA). After the results are declared, candidates need to register for JoSAA counselling, fill in their choices of institutes and courses, and participate in the seat allocation process based on their JEE Advanced rank.
Q : What if I qualify for JEE Advanced but do not get a seat in IITs?
A: If you qualify but do not secure a seat in IITs, you can still participate in counselling for other institutions that accept JEE Advanced scores, such as IISc, IISERs, RGIPT, and others.
