Learn how to conquer jealousy and cultivate healthy relationships at our Jealousy Masterclass!
About this Event

Feeling overwhelmed by jealous feelings in your relationships? This is a crash course on why you're feeling jealous and what to do about it so you can stop. This workshop is targeted to the consensual non monogamous/ ethical non monogamous communities, but is open to all relationship models.

This workshop begins with a lecture on the common roots of jealousy and how to identify the feelings and relational needs underpinning yours. We explore how jealousy manifests in your relationships and how all partners can play a part in the healing process. We deep dive into different techniques to manage your feelings in a healthy and productive way.

This is a cozy small group training that blends information with active opportunities to reflect and practice.

Location

The workshop will take place at the Kneeling room near Carlton and Parliament. The exact location will be given out to all participants.
