Thalia Hall will require all staff, patrons, and performers to provide proof of full vaccination (two weeks after final dose). A negative test will NOT be accepted. Patrons will be asked to show their valid vaccination card (photocopy or digital photo is permissible) when they arrive at the door for entry. Additionally, masks will be worn by staff at all times and will be required of all attendees when not eating and drinking regardless of vaccination status. Acclaimed singer, songwriter and musician JD McPherson will embark on his third-annual “SOCKS: A Rock n’ Roll Christmas Tour” this December with newly confirmed stops at Chicago’s Thalia Hall and Nashville’s Basement East among several others. These performances celebrate McPherson’s breakthrough debut Christmas album, SOCKS, which was released in 2018 on New West Records. The album features 11 all-original Christmas songs, the album has been the best-reviewed holiday record receiving overwhelming critical praise.
