Identify common behaviours and coping strategies associated with impostor feelings and thoughts
Hear stories from coaching clients who have navigated these challenges
Share personal experiences in a safe and supportive space
Learn simple, effective techniques to challenge self-doubt and build confidence
About the trainer:
Nadine Hemmer is an accredited Master Practitioner coach and supervisor with 25+ years of experience working with executives and their teams in European public institutions and companies. A psychologist with a specialisation in cognitive and behavioural therapy, she has experience in both business and health settings.
Her work focuses on cultivating psychological flexibility to combine sustainable
performance with personal fulfillment. In her coaching practice, she partners with leaders across social educational, financial, legal, and consulting sectors, to empower them in navigating the complexities of their roles with clarity and purpose while fostering strong, qualitative relationships.
