CogWell, part of JHP’s nonprofit network, focuses on mental health by empowering college students through proactive education. Through interactive workshops on active listening, CogWell equips student groups with essential skills to identify, address, and mitigate stressors before they become overwhelming. This initiative aims to cultivate a more supportive campus community.
