Where is the sale event held?

4881 N. Stone Ave in the former Stein Mart at Stone and River

When is seller drop-off? (you'll reserve your preferred time when you register)

Standard Seller & High Volume Seller Drop off is Saturday January 28th

Express Seller Drop off is Sunday January 29th

What percentage do sellers/consignors earn at JBF?

Sellers earn 60% on their sales.

How do I get my seller check?

Seller checks are sent via email within two weeks of the sale end.

How do I know which ticket type to register for?

▪ Express Drop-Off Seller/Consignors are those that have chosen to mark ALL of their items for reduce AND donate. These consignors get to check-in and go. We'll put your items out onto the sales floor for you! We even unload your car for you!

▪ High-Volume Seller/Consignors are those that are bringing 500+ items and are not marking all of their items for reduce and donate.

▪ Standard Seller/ Consignors are those that are bringing less than 500 items and are not marking all of their items for reduce and donate.

When is seller pick-up for unsold items?

Sunday, February 5th :

• 1:00 - 2:00pm: Consignor #'s R-Z

• 2:00 - 3:00pm: Consignor #'s J-Q

• 3:00-4:00pm: Consignor #’s A-I

Are seller tickets refundable?

Seller tickets are NON REFUNDABLE. If you decide not to sell, you will lose this fee.

What happens if you have to cancel due to COVID-19?

Your safety is our top priority. For our upcoming sale we will follow current COVID-19 local health and government guidelines and adjust our procedures as needed to keep our community safe. We anticipate being able to hold the sale as scheduled, but if we must cancel due to COVID-19, seller tickets will be refunded.
