This will be our last show for 2024 and it's one you're not going to want to miss!
Our bandleader and musical director for the evening is the extraordinary vocalist Tiffany Gridiron. Tiffany learned to sing in the black gospel traditions of her family church. Her abilities as a jazz singer were developed under the tutelage of famed jazz vocal performer, educator, and local hero Sunny Wilkinson. Tiffany has performed and recorded with artists such as Rodney Whitaker, Lawrence Leathers, Tadataka Unno, Terumasa Hino, the great Hank Jones, drummer Omar Hakim, and many others.
We have an outstanding band booked to back Tiffany on the bandstand, including Jim Alfredson, organ, Larry Barris, guitar, Sam Corey, saxophones, Greg Vadnais, percussion, and Jazz Tuesdays "resident drummer" Jeff Shoup.
