Jazz @ The Commons: Alex Harding Trio

Detroit-born saxophonist Alex Harding heads up the Alex Harding Trio. Having studied with Yusef Lateef and Beans Bowles, and playing gigs with Donald Byrd and Wynton Marsalis before he was event out of high school, Harding has had a long journey of becoming at living legend, a modern jazz great. Alex Harding has recorded with countless names in Jazz and pop music, including Marshall Allen, the Sun Ra Arkestra, and David Lee Roth.

He is joined on this magical evening, by Detroit legend, Djallo Djakate on the drums, and on the organ, Mark LoDuca.
