October's featured Musician: Tim Brey

Tim Brey is a Philadelphia-based jazz pianist and composer.Brey has a diverse career as a bandleader, sideman, and solo pianist. Drawing on the rich legacy of early jazz pianists Mary Lou Williams, Duke Ellington, Art Tatum, Teddy Wilson and more, Brey's program will highlight the historic and ongoing tradition of innovation, reinvention, and collaboration in the jazz piano idiom.
