Jon Rekdals Orkester-is directed by Jon Rekdal trumpeter, singer, pianist, composer and bandleader. Since the mid -1980s JRO has played clubs around Stockholm, 2002 they got hired to play in New York, from there they ventured to Hollywood and New Orleans but never left Stockholm.
Featuring:
Andreas Kleerup was the original drummer in Jon Rekdals Orkester that went along on the first New York tour. He later rose to stardom in his own right scoring a #1 hit in the UK. This very evening the two Swedish music titans reunite for an evening of well crafted classic jazzy and funky-bossanova beats and tunes, penned by Jon Rekdal. Jakob Einarsson keeps the baseline pumping.
The hard swinging funky-Bossanova Casanova will whip the audience into a rowdy madness never seen before.
