Headlining this year's Jazz on the Hill is the renowned Spanish Harlem Orchestra, known as SHO. Prepare to be captivated by their electrifying performance!
The festival kicks off at 11 am with the talented Berkeley High School Combo, followed by performances from acclaimed jazz guitarist Mimi Fox and the CSM Little Big Band led by Patrick Wolff.
In addition, we're excited to introduce the prestigious KCSM Jazz Icon Award, honoring the legendary John Handy for his outstanding contributions as a performer, composer, educator, and historian of jazz. Don't miss his performance with the Akira Tana Quartet!

11 – 11:30 am: Berkeley High School Combo
Noon – 1 pm: CSM Little Big Band (Director Patrick Wolff with special guest Bruce Forman)
1:30 – 2:30 pm: Mimi Fox Trio
3 – 4 pm: Akira Tana Quintet with John Handy
4:30 – 6 pm: Spanish Harlem Orchestra
And DJ Harry Duncan will be entertaining the crowd between sets!
