working with dried and silk elements, we will wire, glue and twist our way to a big flower crown that is Jazz Fest worthy. We will provide everything you need - and have lots of colors and elements for you to choose from. We will have Jazz Fest themed snacks and beverages. Just bring your enthusiasm!
