Promoting Healthy Behaviors that Reduce Spread
We intend to promote healthy behaviors and maintain a healthy environment as much as possible.
Details:
- We ask all attendees that are not fully vaccinated to please wear a mask during the event in an effort to minimize the chances that we might contribute to the spread of the virus. We also recommend wearing a mask for those who are vaccinated due to the recent uptick in cases. The mask should cover both mouth and nose, even when you are speaking.
- Capacity will be limited to 50% of our normal seating. That will mean approximately 45 seats in a socially distanced format.
We ask that you stay home if appropriate. Event staff and attendees are asked to stay home if they have tested positive for COVID-19, are waiting for COVID-19 test results, have COVID-19 symptoms, or if they have had close contact with a person who has tested positive for or who has symptoms of COVID-19.
We will conduct temperature screenings at the entrance to the event.
We ask that you maintain physical distance from attendees that do not live with you.
Thank you in advance for your cooperation as we try to keep everyone safe and comfortable. Your efforts will go a long way to helping us to be able to continue with the live presentations of Jazz at the Library.
