Jazz At The Earl

Tonight’s program will feature the Rocco Lc Williams Quartet with an all-star lineup from the CalArts music program.
About this Event

Described as a “one-of-a-kind vibraphonist with an exceptional mastery of the instrument” by KUVO Jazz 89.3, Rocco Williams is a composer, performer, and educator. Currently based in Los Angeles, California, Williams has made it his mission to create meaningful music that pushes the boundaries of what is possible on the vibraphone as well as obscuring the line between experimental jazz music, hip hop, and contemporary classical music. In 2018, Williams became a sponsored artist with the Marimba One, becoming one of their first “jazz vibraphone” artists ever, and in 2025 he was awarded a new title as a premiere artist shortly after his Ground Level-Psyche project went on tour and released live recordings of his original music. Tonight’s program will feature musicians who have all attended CalArts and the music programmed for this evening is a special nod to Rocco’s time during his graduate studies. Please come and enjoy a night of creative and innovative music! Libations available. Doors open 7:30pm. Starts at 8:00pm. Presales here, General Admission $20, Student Admission $15. Or pay at the door $25.
