Jazz at il Fiume restaurant

For my next jazz gig at il Fiume Italian restaurant (Tuesday 9th June) my guest will be singer Shelley Hind who has burst on to the local scene during the last year singing in small groups and big bands. Since the age of 15 she spent many years in Durban (South Africa) singing in dinner dance venues. After a 30 year hiatus she is now returning to music. I have rehearsed with her several times and it didn't take long for me to appreciate her vocal skill and versatility.
On Tuesday we have my trio backing her comprising me on keyboard, Adrian Smith on bass and James Porter on drums. It will be a great night I'm sure. Do come and enjoy.
