6:45 PM — UW Faculty Jazz Quartet featuring Lenard Simpson
The UW Jazz All Stars showcase talented students from UW’s acclaimed jazz studies program and ensembles — a taste of the next generation of jazz artists right here in Madison.
The UW Faculty Jazz Quartet, joined by guest saxophonist Lenard Simpson, features some of Wisconsin’s finest jazz musicians and educators: Louka Patenaude (guitar), Dr. Johannes Wallmann (piano), Peter Dominguez (bass), and Dr. Matthew Endres (drums).
Bring your own chair and enjoy an evening of campus-to-Capitol jazz under the summer sky. Reserved tables are available for extra comfort and great views. Food and Capital Brewery beer will be served throughout the night.
Come early, stay late, and enjoy a true UW jazz showcase!
