Singer-songwriter-guitarist Doug Jayne is co-owner of The Next Record Store in Santa Rosa, CA, and hosts Midday Music on Sonoma County's NPR affiliate,KRCB FM.
Founder of Jackalope Records, an indie label and recording studio, Doug has produced dozens of Northern California bands and musicians since 1996.
Over the years, Doug has fronted the mildly popular bands, Stupid White People, Loser Friendly, Laughing Gravy, and ClusterFolk.
Doug currently plays with his long-time collaborator, Kevin Russell, as Jayne-Russell, doing mostly his original songs, and some cool covers.

Kevin Russell is a multi-instrumentalist, singer and songwriter. He performs regularly in a number of Sonoma county’s most popular bands. All of these groups perform at local club venues, county fairs, parties, festivals, weddings and special events. For nine years Kevin was the driving force behind The Sebastopol Guitar Festival and currently is the organizer of the Sonoma County Americana Music Festival held in early October. In addition to being a musician, Kevin hosts shows featuring touring musicians like Joe Craven, Gonzalo Bergara, Jim Hurst, David Lindley, Radney Foster, Jack Tempchin, Ray Bierl, Mike Dowling, Laurie Lewis, Kathy Kallick, Missy Raines, Maria Muldaur & others.
