Join us on Friday, December 27 at the Square Rigger Pub in West Vancouver, for a evening of Christmas Break celebrations with classic rock n blues!The Jason Lane Band recently won the Fraser Valley BC Blues Challenge, and the Fraser Valley Music Awards. Their rockin' blues tunes from many of the female greats of the 80's & 90's, along with their own original tunes, pack dance floors, and ignite audience fun, everywhere they play.
The Jason Lane Band is an award-winning blues band that delivers the best of upbeat, dance-able rock and blues music from the 70s to 90s. Fronted by powerhouse singer Chantal Sayers, the band pays homage to the songs that influenced them and the powerful female singers of that time. Sing along with tributes to Alannah Myles, Aretha Franklin, Sass Jordan, Tracy Chapman, Heart and Pat Benetar just to mention a few.
Although the band leans heavily on covering these classic tunes, they have also released three EPs containing their own original rock-blues sound. The JLB sound has received rave reviews, and you will find a few of these in bands set.
