Jason Bonham, son of legendary Led Zeppelin drummer John Bonham, brings a must-see show to Phoenix this August, featuring hits from Led Zeppelin, Led Zeppelin II, Led Zeppelin IV, and more!
In 2010, the introduction of Jason Bonham’s Led Zeppelin Evening (JBLZE), packed venues coast-to-coast and supported everyone from Heart to Kid Rock. A spectacle of top-flight musicianship, arresting visuals, mind-blowing lighting, and emotionally charged storytelling, Rolling Stone hailed it a “set of Led Zep gems that were strikingly faithful to the originals,” while Billy Joel handpicked JBLZE to open up a handful of dates.
I’m very conscious of the legacy and get very emotional,” the 59-year-old drummer told The Orange County Register back in 2010. “For anyone that’s lost anybody, everyone can replay great memories inside, fond memories they have of their loved ones. It’s highly emotional when the crowd is going nuts, you just can’t help but get kind of choked up and think, ‘Dad, look at the fans, these guys love you, they love you so much they are supporting your kid. It’s amazing.’”
