Come down to the best coffee joint in Inglewood for some original folk Americana songs from Calgary's Jason Andrew Griffith.After re-emerging in late 2022 following a years-long break from music, Jason has been hard at work in the Calgary scene, writing and performing prairie-grown Americana music that evokes the likes of Tom Petty, Ryan Adams, and Corb Lund. In September 2024 he released "Voice of Marie", a collection of songs that focus on reflection and family.
Special opener guest! Christie J Simmons is a Calgary-based singer songwriter who creates evocative, elegant, acoustic folk — prairie Canadiana with a hint of Celtic. She writes intelligent, reflective lyrics and in performances captures a passion for music with hauntingly fine vocals.
