Join Japas Cervejaria founders Maíra Kimura, Yumi Shimada and Fernanda Ueno for a guided, tasting dinner at Adrestia on August 26 in celebration of the exclusive release of Omotenashi, the collaboration beer between TETRA and Japas Cervejaria.Experience paired selections from the Japas Cervejaria portfolio while enjoying a multi-course, family-style menu by Adrestia. Learn more about the women-owned brewery and the stories behind the Japanese-Brazilian trio. Chef Hideki Myo will prepare Adrestia signatures which highlight California-inspired cuisine with Japanese and East Asian influences.
This special brew, made with rice and yuzu, is exclusive to TETRA and celebrates their shared approach to hospitality: serving beyond expectation and from the heart, or “Omotenashi” in Japanese.
