Experience an evening of culinary and cultural sensations!
Bring your friends and family to enjoy a traditional tuna carving demonstration, sample the freshly cut tuna, enjoy a gourmet meal of traditional Japanese dishes, beer & sake and take in the cultural spirit of a Japanese Yaitai!

Watch as Sushi Chef Jun Takeda displays precision, technique, and respect for the ingredients as he showcases how to cut a tuna for sushi preparation, and identifies the different parts and cuts of the tuna, highlighting the freshness and quality of the fish.
Performances by San Jose Taiko, Yosakoi Uzumaru and Kumiko Morimoto (Shodo calligraphy).
Filling out the evening — a Silent Auction for specialty maguro cuts, Raffle of items from Japantown businesses, and more!
Admission:
$150 - Early Bird (until September 26)
$165 - (September 27 and later or At-The-Door)
Must be 21yrs+ to attend.
Note - this is a ‘roaming’ event with standing cocktail tables; reserved seating for Sponsors and limited seating available for seniors 80+.
