North Dakota Asian-American Arts and Cultural Initiative is partnering with JOI (Japan Outreach Initiative) through Dickinson State University in this two-hour event that anime fans will surely be excited about!
JOI Coordinator, Shunsuke Aoki, will be presenting the history of Japanese animé and manga with an hour discussion and hands on activities.
