Welcome to Wa Table Amsterdam (Instagram)

Join a relaxed, hands-on ramen cooking workshop in Amsterdam.

It is a special class that you learn two flavours of ramen (Chcken Chashu Ramen and Vegitarian Tonkotsu Ramen).

You will learn how to make a full bowl of ramen from scratch, including chicken chashu, soup, and toppings.

This is not a demonstration — you will actively cook step by step, guided by a Japanese host.

In a small group setting (max 4 people), you’ll make a comforting bowl of Chicken Chashu Ramen and Vegitarian Tonkotsu Ramen, while learning simple techniques you can recreate at home.

Perfect for beginners, ramen lovers, and anyone curious about Japanese cuisine.

What you’ll make

Chicken Chashu Shoyu Ramen
A Tokyo-style soy-based ramen with a light yet deeply satisfying flavor

Vegitarian Tonkotsu Ramen

Plant based-Tonkotsu ramen with seasonal fresh vegitable toppings. (Soften egg as topping is available as wished.)
