Back by popular demand! You may know Japanese food from sushi rolls, Japanese omelets or from your favorite Anime and Manga series. Discover how to make sushi (without the raw fish) or traditional ramen noodles and top off your culinary explorations with desserts and cakes. A material supply fee is included in the total course cost for a total of $88. All other ingredients will be the responsibility of the students. (18 max)
