Aimamire, a popular band in Okinawa, will be coming to Alaska on Saturday, June 22nd! The Alaska-Okinawa Kenjinkai has arranged for two performances, one at Everett's Restaurant at the Mat-Su Resort at 11:30, and then later at Music in the Park Wasilla Alaska at Iditapark at 3 pm. If you have any interest in Okinawan folk music, you won’t want to miss them!
