Join us for the annual Japan Festival Boston held at the historic Boston Common on April 26th and April 27th, 11am to 5pm. Explore a mix of modern and traditional Japanese culture at New England's largest Japanese festival.Discover and try Japanese food from local restaurants in Boston and all the way from Japan. Watch our performances on the main stage. Check out the vendors selling Japanese goods. Join a number of cultural workshops and demonstrations. Bring the whole family to play traditional Japanese festival games. There's a little something for everyone! Admission is free and all are welcome!
This year's main theme is sustainability, and we're excited to introduce various efforts to not only make your festival experience better, but to keep our environment and world beautiful and clean for generations to come.
