During this hour, you will be guided through a multi-instrumental sound bath, inviting total relaxation and restoration on a deep, cellular level.

Your host, Maisie May (Founder of House of May - Vibrant Wellbeing Community) is an Accredited Sound Healer who specialises in creating captivating Sound Journeys using the Crystal Singing Bowls, Gong and her Singing Voice.

This is an hour dedicated to you, to totally relax, release and sink into a state of deep peace. The Sound Bath will be accompanied by the use of relaxing scents and the opportunity to pull some oracle cards for guidance.
