January Selah Ecstatic Dance

Join us in Brooklyn this January for a soulful celebration that combines the wisdom of early Jewish mystics with the healing power of ecstatic dance. Led by Lawrence Dreyfuss of The Sabbath Dance, this evening offers a unique opportunity to embrace joy and connect with your body through movement. Ecstatic dance, a rhythm-driven moving meditation, has been shown to reduce stress by lowering cortisol levels and boosting mood through the release of endorphins - all of which help the recovery process.
