6 Week Self Defence Course January 2026 - Muswell Hill, North London

Dates: 4 Mondays of January ( 5th, 12th, 19th & 26th) and 2 Mondays of February (2nd & 9th)

Students are encouraged to continue training on a weekly basis to both maintain and enhance their personal protection and self defence skills, and progress through The Eclectic Self Protection Syllabus from White Belt to Black Belt.
