This is the region responsible for creating: Lasagna, Tortellini, Parmigiano Reggiano, Mortadella, Balsamic Vinegar, Prosciutto, and the lists goes on and on. We'll set the table at Pasta La Fata and serve you a five course meal, inspired by the impressive ingredients and traditions of Emilia Romagna.
