Oklahoma City University's Ann Lacy School of American Dance and Entertainment is offering the High School Dance Workshop for high school sophomores, juniors and seniors. The workshop includes tap, jazz, and ballet technique classes, as well as a triple threat/musical theater dance class. Workshop classes are kept small to ensure personal attention and to provide a unique OKCU dance experience.The Ann Lacy School of Dance and Entertainment will be hosting an on campus and virtual option for our January High School Dance Workshop!
Dancers and their families are welcome to attend Dancing with the Stars Day on January 28th starting at 9AM - a complimentary lunch will be provided on this day. An official schedule will be available closer to the workshop, but dancers can anticipate a tap technique, jazz technique, ballet technique, and a specialty repertoire class taught by our nationally ranked faculty.
For those choosing the virtual option - An email containing the links to the LIVE Zoom classes and various pre-recorded content will be made available the morning of 01/27/2023 (day before the workshop!) If you have any questions, please contact Lillian Ball at [email protected]
No refunds can be made for the virtual option.
Workshops will be held in-person, but Oklahoma City University reserves the right to move to a virtual format based on pandemic risk levels. Details related to COVID mitigation protocols and requirements will be provided upon registration.
