Please allot additional time to enter Fort Shafter. New security access requirements have been instituted at Fort Shafter. If you have a DoD CAC, you can enter and escort others in your vehicle onto the base. If you have a Fort Shafter DBIDS (other installations not accepted), you can enter but cannot escort others in your vehicle unless they have a CAC or DBIDS.

The Fort Shafter Pass and ID Office is closed. You will need to pick up a one-day pass at the Tripler's Pass and ID Office if you don’t have a DoD CAC, Fort Shafter DBIDS, or will be riding with someone with a DOD CAC. Please plan for extra time if you need to pick up a one-day pass at Tripler. Please bring your driver's license, and vehicle registration and insurance.

NAVFAC Hawaii will share and discuss some of their planned IDIQ contracts with the industry. Many of the current IDIQ contracts are nearing capacity and/or expiration, and planning for replacement and new contracts is underway.
