All classes start with a 30 min review of basic machine skills such as proper threading, adjusting settings, and winding a bobbin.
Celebrate Valentines Day with a creative apparel workshop designed for artists who want to bring their imagination to clothing. Perfect for both beginners and returning students. In this class, students will learn basic appliqué and reverse appliqué technique. They will create a unique heart-themed design on a tee shirt or sweatshirt that students will provide along with 3 coordinating ¼ yard of fabric or 10X10 fat squares. This workshop blends art and fashion, offering a fun way to explore textiles design while customizing a wearable Valentines Day piece. Please prewash and dry shirt and materials.

· When engaging in any craft or art project, you may be using tools and materials such as glue and heat guns, kraft knives, glass, shells, and chemicals (this list is representative, not all-inclusive and other tools and materials may be used). By completing this registration and payment, you agree to knowingly and freely assume all risk of injury or harm, both known and unknown, even if arising from the environment or negligence of the property owner, instructor, or other and you assume full responsibility and risk for your participation.
· Any special needs seating or other arrangements must be requested in advance, and we will do our best to accommodate them.
