January 20, 2026 UNCommon Meet & Eat Starts 2026 RIGHT at SEA CAPTAIN’S!

Join us as we MIX and MINGLE with new friends and acquaintances on the third Tuesday of January at Sea Captain's House. Our passion for keeping this lunch the same terrific event as always continues as we draw cards to see (and be surprised) who we sit with and meet. Our non-profit guests of honor are Market Common Veterans who will educate us about what's happening of importance in our community and beyond. Joining us to be lead presenter is Ms. Barb Hunter.

Ms. Barb is a 24 year Air Force retiree/veteran of Desert Storm/Desert Shield. She brings to our community and Market Common Veterans her skills and experiences that brought her all over the world. Both she and her husband were Air Force largely assigned together most of their careers. Now Barb Hunter gives back to her community through supporting veterans and enjoying live in the Market Common along with leisure travel.

Highlighting this group of Veterans is our dear pleasure, and we look forward to hearing more! We will have a 50/50 raffle, table centerpieces, wreath and basket, give certificates, etc. Join us as we mix, mingle, learn, and give back in our community we call home.
