About this Event
What to expect on this walk:
- Uncover the lost rivers and streams buried beneath Bloor West Village
- Hear prohibition-era stories from the neighbourhood's past
- Discover the communities and characters that shaped these streets
- Learn how history still lives in the buildings and blocks around you
Join Jim Adams, a local historian and author whose family has lived in Toronto's west end since the 1880s. He is the author of the forthcoming book Runnymede: The In Between Neighbourhood and manages the newsletter for Lambton House. Few people know these streets and their stories the way Jim does.
