Join us for the fifth of our monthly reading series featuring Women Playwrights, Jane Eyre by Charlotte Bronte, adapted by Polly TealeAbout Jane Eyre
Polly Teale’s bold adaptation of Charlotte Bronte’s great novel splits Jane into two selves, the sensible, frozen Victorian girl, and the passionate and sensual woman looked away in order to survive. This version of Jane Eyre, developed by England’s Shared Experience, has played successfully across the world.
The bar will be open at the American Legion. Snacks will also be for sale. Doors open 6:30, general admission is $20, $15 for Art Alliance Forest Park Members, $10 for anyone 30 and under and $5 for Students and Seniors.
