Please join Vitality Room at the 2nd Annual Jammin' for Mental Health through the Arts at the Windham High School! It's all about Mental Health Acceptance. Mental Health Awareness Month begins May 1st, but awareness just isn't enough. We also need to:
- Reduce the discrimination of mental illness
- Improve resilience
- Develop stress reducing strategies
- Build community connections
- Utilize agency and community resources
- Celebrate family, youth and community!
What to expect:
