A night of jam rock, acoustic beauty and rootsy improvisation. Featuring Rosalie Tender Bud, the solo project of Rosalie Wilmot, The Salt Licks, The Bukka Jonestown Blues Implosion, Weeds Radio Vol 2, and and improvisational open mic lottery workshop where people will be paired up to improvise. 8 PM- Tender Bud
The Seattle-born songstress and poet uses octaves and syllables to weave soundscapes that reach up and dive low. You may recognize her as the front lady of Terror Terror, Dirt Doll and Rosie and the Lazy Buns, but this is a stripped down view of her lyrics and songs. It's rough and it's raw and may or may not include a cowboy song or two.
9:00 PM- The Bukka Jonestown Blues Implosion
The Bukka Jonestown Blues Implosion takes you on a bluesy, rootsy overdrive-laden garage rock journey of original music and the occasional re-envisioned cover with a unique feel.
10 PM- The Salt Licks
(classic jam rock)
The Salt Licks, also known as the Fluffy-Backed Tit-Babblers, are geared up to fully display their late summer plumage. Don’t let their distal barbules fool you, they’re quite the specimens.
11 PM- Weeds Radio Volume 2 and Improvisational Open Mic Lottery
W**d Radio Volume 2- is a continued improvisational project featuring members of Myrslok, Fuzzmonkey Superbuzz, Fucked Up Mercedes, Terror Terror as they journey on a psychedelic exploration
