Jamie Bond- Farmer's Table Dinner- Sept. 28

Jamie Bond is the Advancement and Development Director for Place of Hope. Ms. Bond is the former chair of the Human Trafficking Coalition of the Treasure Coast and Okeechobee, and she provides human trafficking presentations throughout the community. Place of Hope is a faith-based, state-licensed, non-profit organization providing programs and services to end the cycles of abuse, neglect, homelessness, and human trafficking. They offer support to children, youth, and families in need. Place of Hope is the largest, most diverse, residential children and family organization in Palm Beach County and the Treasure Coast.

Ms. Bond worked for more than fifteen years in the hospitality industry and five years in banking and finance. She now found herself drawn to helping the broken, the lost, the abandoned, the abused, and the neglected. She joined Place of Hope in 2014, and in less than two years, she was promoted to oversee and lead the program’s expansion into Martin, St. Lucie, Indian River, and Okeechobee Treasure Coast Counties.

Ms. Bond oversees the advancement and development of major gifts, grants, capital campaigns, general operations, and annual funding; establishes and increases community awareness and engagement, and cultivates new and existing donor relations. Ms. Bond leads all the signature and community events and the Leadership Advisory Councils in the Treasure Coast and Palm Beach County, and the Planned Giving Council in Palm Beach County. Ms. Bond is a native Floridian residing in Martin County. She attended Northwood University and earned degrees in Advertising and Marketing with a minor in Hotel, Restaurant, and Resort Management.
