How would you like to open up for Darius Rucker or Milky Chance this summer? 94/7 Alternative Anchorage, The Broken Blender and Jameson presents Jameson Unplugged.
** This competition is open to individuals, duos and trios and must be acoustic.
** The contest will run for 6 weeks on Sundays starting March 6th and ending on April 10th.
** It's free to enter and no cover charge to come and watch.
** The first four weeks, contestants will be competing to get into the semi-finals.
** Each Sunday people have from 5 p.m. to 6 p.m. to sign up for that nights competition. Maximum of 15 contestants or acts each Sunday.
** We’ll start the competition at 6 p.m. & you get to perform one song to impress the judges. It can be an original or a cover song.
** The judges will pick 2 people/acts each Sunday to move to the semi-finals.
** The semi-finals will be on April 3rd and the 8 semi-finalists will play 2 songs for the judges. The top 5 go to the finals.
** The Finals will be on April 10th. Each finalist will play 3 songs for the judges and they will pick one winner from the 5.
** The Winner will receive the Jameson Acoustic Guitar and will open up for Darius Rucker who’s headlining the 10th annual Backyard Country BBQ June 29th or The Milky Chance concert July 27th. You’ll also get paid $500 for performing at the concert.
** This is open to all skill levels and every genre of music.
