James Oliver: 2023 US Tour

Back by popular demand, UK guitar phenom James Oliver is slated to make his 2nd US Tour. Known for his explosive picking technique, Oliver plays blues, rock-a-billy, rock, and country with his own distinctive flair. Having recorded three vital, contemporary albums infused with his own brand of classic Americana, Oliver also recorded a live CD Live in the USA at Carter Farm in Marlborough, CT in 2022, which won critical acclaim and sold out of its initial pressing. Oliver was awarded the 2020 Emerging Artist of the Year by the UK Blues Awards.
As a feature of Oliver’s US Tour, he will perform on guitar great Danny Gatton’s iconic 1954 Gibson ES-295.
Bring your lawn chairs and blankets! The Farm at Carter Hill is a unique concert experience for live music, situated on a working farm complete with general store, outdoor eatery, and a variety of farm animals for children or those young at heart to enjoy.
No coolers, outside food, or drink can be brought into farm. Make yourself comfortable by bringing your lawn chairs, umbrellas, tents and blankets. Well behaved dogs on a leash are welcome to join the festivities.
Tickets: $15 in advance, $25 day of. Rain or Shine.
