James Beers and the Wandering Woodsmen. Hailing from the cornfields of Indiana, James started late in his music endeavors- picking up the guitar as an adult. His love of music and song-writing continues to develop in his alt. country and blues storytelling style. The addition of Allan Day (Mandolin) and Shane Martion (lead guitar), Virgil Lewis ( drums) and Raleigh Matlock ( fiddle) created the band "James Beers and the Wandering Woodsmen"-a group that brings covers and original work to life in an engaging, heartfelt experience. Most weekends you will find them performing at local bars and coffee houses, sharing stories in song.There first Album - “Heartland” can be found on all streaming Platforms.
