"I am an acoustic folk-punk singer-songwriter, guitarist and story-teller. I have performed my songs all over the world (as far away as New Zealand, as near to home as my living room in the North of England). I play mostly my own self-penned songs, and also run songwriting and performance workshops. As a political poet and songwriter, I engage with many big political issues (migration, racism, climate change, gentrification, economic injustice) as well as more personal and individual perspectives on life, love and language. I perform with passion, humour, fury and a wry smile, always seeking to engage audiences old and new with what are essentially original and varied folksongs performed with a punk rock attitude. When possible, I also play gigs and record with other musicians (bass, percussion, mandolin, fiddle, accordion, trumpet, flugelhorn, euphonium, etc.)"

Ainslie Blakely-May’s music varies from modern country to 90’s grunge and 00’s alternate pop rock. Drawing influences from artists like Colter Wall, James Blunt, and Nirvana.
Driven catchy melodies paired with vulnerable songwriting, his music is relatable and honest, tied up in a catchy melody or phrase that leaves you with a reminder long after his performances.

RICK TITRÖ
Man kan aldrig riktigt säkert veta var man har den skånske vispunkaren Rick Titrö. På senaste albumet "Laglös" (2021) backades han upp av sitt löst sammansatta kompband Kärleksministeriet som för tillfället utgjorde en stor akustisk orkester med en mängd folkinstrument såsom fiol, dragspel, mandolin, banjo och kontrabas. Ett halvår senare släpptes splitkassetten "Luffarpunk" ihop med folkpunkbandet Hoppstylta där Rick framstår som Malmös svar på Billy Bragg, helt ensam med elgitarr och munspel. Till vardags är det också så vi brukar möta honom, helt ensam rakt upp och ner, ibland akustiskt, ibland elektriskt.
För närvarande skriver Rick dessutom på två album: en musikal om allt vad det innebär att växa upp samt ett mer kuplettartat album. Samtidigt driver han nätfanzinet Facklor och Högafflar och skriver för musiktidskriften Hymn.
Man kan helt enkelt aldrig vara riktigt säker på i vilket format Rick dyker upp. En sak som är säker är åtminstone att det alltid rör sig om berättande texter på rå skånska, ofta samhällsmedvetna eller terapeutiska, ibland humoristiska och underfundiga. Texter som bland annat gör upp med vita kränkta män, lokalpatriotism och farorna i att fastna i vuxenlivet.
