Enjoy our All-You-Care-To-Indulge evening and be transported to Catalunya with a focus on its rich culinary heritage. The menu will feature vegetables, paella valenciana, fideuà, and dishes influenced by the islands like sobrasada ibérica in its different forms. Guests will also enjoy beverages such as vermouth, cava, and Priorat wines, all popular in the region.
